The luxury property market seems to be sizzling at least in the Miami-Dade area of South Florida with the sale this week of 3 Indian Creek apparently to an offshore buyer for $47 million, claimed to be the most expensive sale ever in Miami’s history.
The original asking price for the 10-bedroom, 14-bathroom, 30,000 square foot home was $60-million then $52-million and sold for $47-million. It was sold by a Coldwell Banker team known as The Jills – Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg.
According to a press release the home has panoramic views of Biscayne Bay; a 100-foot, resort-style pool; a cabana; six wet-bars, a rooftop sky bar; a Jacuzzi; indoor reflecting pools; a resort-style beach; a 3-D theatre, vertical garden and a pavilion with a full spa and a waterfront gym, a press release said. The structures are connected by stone walkways and lush garden walls.
